Non-member    $400
Non-Early Bird Registration fee (after Friday 9th November 2012)

Day delegate rate (does not include social functions)  $80

Registration Terms and Conditions

• Registration includes all catering

• Daily rate includes all catering for the chosen day

• To receive the Early Bird rate all registrations must be recorded and paid for before the 2nd November 2012.

• Accommodation is the responsibility of individual delegates and will need to be booked and paid for directly with the hotel.

• Cancellations must be in writing and emailed to Lisa.Jones1@jcu.edu.au and will incur a $55.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations after the 1st November 2012 will not be eligible for a refund.
